**ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT**
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer via www.misbee.store.

**ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION**
The type, quantity, model, brand, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the product(s) are as specified in the order confirmation provided by the Buyer at the time of purchase.

**ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS**
1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and confirmed the preliminary information on the product(s) such as basic features, sales price, payment method, and delivery on www.misbee.store before placing the order.
2. The product(s) subject to the Agreement shall be delivered to the Buyer within the period specified on the website, not exceeding the statutory maximum period of 30 days.
3. The product(s) shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form.
4. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. The Buyer’s right of withdrawal and return conditions are subject to the provisions outlined in the **Refund Policy** published on the website.

**ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL**
1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
2. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within the legal period.
3. In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the product(s) to the Seller. The product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days following the receipt of the returned product(s).

**ARTICLE 6 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION**
In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s or Seller’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

**ARTICLE 7 - ENFORCEMENT**
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement once payment for the order is completed on www.misbee.store. This Agreement enters into force upon confirmation of the order.
