Refund Policy

1. RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send back any items without receiving prior confirmation.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return shipping costs may be covered by us if required by local consumer protection laws.


3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at misbee.store@gmail.com, and we will make it right.


4. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before initiating a return.


5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


6. EU CUSTOMERS – 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


7. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at misbee.store@gmail.com.
